By accessing and using TrumpAlert ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TrumpAlert provides real-time notification alerts for content posted on by Donald Trump. The Service includes mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, along with web-based management tools.

3. User Eligibility

To use TrumpAlert, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Maintain accurate and current account information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept two payment methods: credit/debit cards (via Paddle) and cryptocurrencies (via NOWPayments).

• Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely through Paddle, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Supports automatic renewal for subscription plans.
• Cryptocurrencies: Supports 200+ cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and more. Payments are processed through NOWPayments. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable due to blockchain technology.

4.3 Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD
• Subscription plans may auto-renew depending on payment method (credit card subscriptions only)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
• Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges

4.4 Refund Policy

Credit/Debit Card Payments: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all credit/debit card purchases. To request a refund, email service@trumpalert.app with your order number within 14 days of purchase.

Cryptocurrency Payments: All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions.

We strongly recommend using our 14-day free trial before purchasing to ensure the Service meets your needs.

4.5 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

The notifications delivered through our Service contain content from other social media platforms. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMPALERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrumpAlert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
