1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrumpAlert ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TrumpAlert checks Donald Trump's public Truth Social timeline and provides alerts through its iPhone application. The Service also includes a website dashboard for account, device, subscription, and alert-setting management.

3. User Eligibility

To use TrumpAlert, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Maintain accurate and current account information

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans including a free trial, monthly subscriptions, and longer-term plans. Paid plans include the core alert experience, while subscription length, pricing, and renewal terms vary by plan. Every paid plan supports up to 2 devices. 4.2 Payment Methods

We accept two payment methods: credit/debit cards (via Paddle) and cryptocurrencies (via NOWPayments).

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely through Paddle, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Supports automatic renewal for subscription plans.
  • Cryptocurrencies: Available assets and networks are displayed by NOWPayments at checkout. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable due to blockchain technology.

4.3 Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Subscription plans may auto-renew depending on payment method (credit card subscriptions only)
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
  • Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges

4.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time without manual approval. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not refund the current paid period. Access continues until the current service period ends. After cancellation, continuing service requires a new subscription.

Prorated card refunds: For an eligible paid card order, we may approve a refund based on the precise number of unused service days in the current paid period. The final amount is recalculated when approved and is not based solely on the payment date. Transaction fees are non-refundable. Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle or the applicable payment/tax system under its rules. Any linked bonus period is cancelled when the refund is completed.

Refund requests require review. Access remains available while a request is pending; when a refund is completed, the current subscription and linked bonus access end. The estimate shown during a request is not a guarantee of approval or final settlement amount.

Cryptocurrency Payments: All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions.

We strongly recommend using our 14-day free trial before purchasing to ensure the Service meets your needs.

4.5 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Not use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or delivered within a particular time. Collection and notification timing can depend on source availability, network conditions, Apple push notification delivery, and device settings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content provided through TrumpAlert, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and interfaces, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Third-Party Content

The notifications delivered through our Service contain content from other social media platforms. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUMPALERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrumpAlert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
