"Jon Husted, who was a Great Football Player in College, had Record Setting numb…" — Trump on Truth Social

Jon Husted, who was a Great Football Player in College, had Record Setting numbers of interceptions. In fact, he was known as “Interception Jon.” I found out when Jon Gruden spoke at our first Ohio Rally. I asked the Coach, “Why are you here Jon?” He said, “I’m here to support my teammate for Senator of Ohio,” and I said, “What do you mean, teammate, did Jon Husted play football?” And Jon Gruden said, “Yeah, we had a great team, and he was the best player, by far. He played safety, and he had 17 interceptions, A RECORD!” I said, “Wow, I didn’t know that about Jon.” He said, “Yep, he was a great player, but because of the man he is, HUMBLE, he doesn’t go around talking about it like everyone else would have.” Such a great story! OHIO, VOTE FOR JON HUSTED FOR THE U.S. SENATE — HE IS A WINNER, A CHAMPION, AND A GREAT GUY. HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN! President DONALD J. TRUMP
